How much is shipping?

Shipping is free throughout Italy.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by credit card and PayPal.

When will my order be sent?

Shipping takes on average 4/5 working days from the time the order is received. At the time of shipment the customer receives an email containing the traceability code. During Christmas and promotions, deliveries may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The product I'm looking for is not available on the site, what should I do?

The www.brumilano.com site is constantly updated. What is not currently available online may be coming!

The product I purchased online has been ruined, who can I contact?

All BRÙ products have a warranty whose duration is quoted on the product data sheets of the articles. The replacement of BRÙ products purchased online that show conformity defects can be requested by writing an email to customerservice@brumilano.it, attaching one or more photographic proofs. Once the authorization has been received and according to the indications received, the goods must be sent within 14 days by courier or ordinary mail together with the copy of the order, the authorization email and a copy of the shipping costs receipt, to the following address:

The shipping costs will be borne by BRÙ.

BRÙ will carry out the refund using the same payment method chosen by the customer during the purchase.

I changed my mind: how can I change a product purchased online?

The change of courtesy of BRÙ products purchased online can be requested within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. For courtesy change we mean the exchange of products that are presented intact, free of defects and not used by the final consumer, and whose will to change depends on product satisfaction issues. The change can be made with another product of equal or greater value and based on availability. The change request can be made by writing an email to customerservice@brumilano.it to request the authorization. BRÙ reserves the right to request photographic proof of the goods to be changed. Once the authorization has been received, the goods must be sent within 14 days by courier or ordinary mail together with the copy of the order and the indication on the new product to be received at the following address:

BRÙ reserves the right not to proceed with the exchange of goods received damaged, not complete or evidently used. BRÙ reserves the right to refuse unauthorized exchanges or returns.

I want to make the product I purchased online and receive a refund, what can I do?

According to the Consumer Code the customer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract (through a declaration sent via email) starting from the date of receipt of the goods, and has another 14 days to return the goods and get the refund. The return request can be made by writing an email to customerservice@brumilano.it to request authorization. BRÙ reserves the right to request photographic proof of the goods to be returned. Once the authorization has been received, the goods must be sent within 14 days via courier or ordinary mail together with the copy of the order and an explicit declaration that you intend to return the product and receive a refund, at the following address:
